Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are committed to providing you high quality products at affordable prices. In a rare case, if you aren’t fully satisfied with our product and find it is not ‘As described’ on our website, or is received in a ‘damaged’ condition, you can request an Exchange or Refund within 14 days of receiving the order.
For all these products you will receive a a refund once we receive the product in its original condition with the invoice at our warehouse.
CAN ALL PRODUCTS BE EXCHANGED/REFUNDED?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. In general, we accept for all our products, per the policy above, with the following exceptions:
Eyewear: [Sunglasses, Eyeglasses, Reading Glasses ]:
- Scratches on frame or lens that was not present at the time of delivery. We do a detailed 3-step quality check to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition.
- Product has been damaged due to mishandling post-delivery
- Eyewear case/cover or other standard packaging is damaged or torn or otherwise not in the same condition as it was received.
- Any accessory is missing.
The Exchange Process
After Frames Pie successfully receives the product and does the required quality checks, you can either choose to exchange or refund as per the eligibility of the order/items. After exchanging the product you will get a fresh new piece with lenses & coating (if included). Also, you will have the complete freedom to upgrade to a new lens package or frames by paying the difference amount.
We custom make each lens specifically for you – we can’t reuse a lens cut for you, for anyone else. However, we want you to be able to try us 100% risk-free. Thereafter, if you would like to cancel your order before if has reached you, for any reason you, please choose to contact us at the following:

In this case, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order.
- You must have initiated the exchange/refund process within 14 days from receipt of your product.
- If you have paid through Cash On Delivery (COD), your money will be refunded to your bank account.Jazzcash/Easypaisa. Once you initiate the Refund process, we will send you a form to enter your bank details for refund.
- No Cash refund will be provided by us
- We will gladly accept any merchandise in original/unused condition with original tags within 14 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Incase of refund, Flat 150RS/- will be deducted, this is an average shipping cost.
- Refund requests will be processed within 1-7 working days after receiving the return products.
